CHARITY FOUNDATION WEBSPARK (registration number 44859414), registered following the current Ukrainian legislation (hereinafter - the "WEBSPARK CHARITY") respects the personal space of everyone and makes every effort to protect confidential (personal) data (hereinafter - "Confidential Data") about all visitors to the WEBSPARK CHARITY website - https://www.webspark.ua/en/ (hereinafter - the "Site").

The legal basis for receiving, collecting, and further processing (hereinafter - “Processing”) of the Site visitors` data is the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, the current European legislation, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation, etc.

The WEBSPARK CHARITY is guided by the general principles of activities to protect Confidential Data, namely:

  • the legality of the purposes and methods of Processing personal data;
  • compliance with the purposes of Confidential Data Processing with the purposes predetermined and declared during data collection;
  • compliance of the scope and nature of Confidential Data processed with the methods and purposes of Processing such data.

The source of Confidential Data Processing is information directly and voluntarily provided by a visitor to the Site or received by the WEBSPARK CHARITY as technical data.

1. DATA PROCESSING


1.1. WEBSPARK CHARITY processes information relating to the Site visitors only if the visitor voluntarily provided certain information or clearly expressed consent to their provision and/or use.

1.2. The information that WEBSPARK CHARITY may process includes:

1.2.1. Information that allows to identify a Site visitor appears in case of visitor interaction via email to WEBSPARK CHARITY. Confidential data may consist of information about the visitor`s name and surname, phone number, email address, and other similar information.

At the same time, WEBSPARK CHARITY is not a party to the relations of visitors with third parties, in particular with Google Analytics, etc. With the help of the Google Analytics system, WEBSPARK CHARITY can collect statistics about site visits (pages visited, the number of page views, information that has been downloaded, the countries of origin of visitors, as well as information about how to come to the site, etc). None of these activities are personally related to the visitor and are evaluated solely in aggregate as an array of anonymized data.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING


2.1. Confidential data and other information provided by visitors are used only for the purpose for which it was provided to WEBSPARK CHARITY; and following this Privacy Policy and applicable law, in particular (but not limited to):

1) to process a request (appeal) to the WEBSPARK CHARITY;

2) to ensure the provision of charitable assistance (donations);

3) to implement other statutory goals of WEBSPARK CHARITY in the manner prescribed by applicable law.

2.2. WEBSPARK CHARITY does not accumulate personal data processed during visiting/using the Site by visitors.

2.3. WEBSPARK CHARITY may partially publish anonymized user data on the Site in the "Report" section.

2.4. WEBSPARK CHARITY does not process personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, conviction to criminal punishment, as well as data relating to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data, except in cases specified by law.


3. MEASURES TAKEN BY WEBSPARK CHARITY


3.1. To protect Confidential Data, WEBSPARK CHARITY uses administrative, managerial, and technical security measures. WEBSPARK CHARITY adheres to international standards of control aimed at working with personal information and uses control mechanisms to protect visitors' Confidential Data.

3.2. WEBSPARK CHARITY employees understand and implement control measures.

3.3. WEBSPARK CHARITY hopes that visitors to the Site will take responsibility for protecting their personal data.

  • to protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of them, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
  • withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, as well as exercise other rights defined by the current legislation in the field of personal data protection;
  • request information about the conditions for granting access to their personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom this data is transmitted.

  • 4.2. Visitors must:

  • be generally responsible for their personal data protection;
  • use the Site and interact with WEBSPARK CHARITY within the framework of the current legislation.
